National Development Group Information

13 Years & Over | 8-10 sessions/week
The National Development Group consists of athletes who have demonstrated a skill and commitment level commensurate with that needed to compete at the Provincial, National and International level. Working towards the senior National time standards
These swimmers are expected to be dedicated, responsible, and dependable.
To be fully registered in this group, you must first meet with the Head Coach.

Workout Schedule

Monday	5:30-7:30am	4:00-7:00pm
Tuesday		4:00-6:00pm
Wednesday	5:30-7:30am
Thursday	5:30-7:30am	4:00-7:00pm
Friday		4:00-6:00pm
Saturday	6:00-10:00am
Sunday

This schedule includes all Dryland and Swim times.
Swimmers are asked to be on deck 15 minutes prior to the start time of each training session.
First workout: Monday, Sept 11, 2023 at 4:00pm
Swimmers in this group should be prepared to participate in all scheduled meets and training camps
All swimmers must maintain a weight room membership with the DWTC at the Dorval Aquatic and Sports Center

Fee Structure

ANLSL Fee	$11.00	One-Time fee
FNQ & SNC Fee	$120.50 or $143.50 (age)	One-Time fee
Training Fees	$2120.00	Training fees are due in advance or per payment option (2 or 8 payments)
Non-Resident Fee	$50.00	One-Time fee
Volunteer Fees	$200/Family	One-Time fee (refundable)

ANLSL, FNQ & SNC fees are due upon registration and are non-refundable
Training fees are due the 15th of each month September through April.
The Non-Resident and Volunteer fees are due before September 11th.
Volunteer fees are refunded at the end of the year when duties are completed.
Competition and travel costs are not included, billed in advance of the competition and must be paid before the date of the competition.
FNQ value plus 3% PayPal fee.
FNQ fee based on age of the swimmer on Dec. 31, 2023.
